Too many bars treat the people who are not drinking as an afterthought: a warm can, a sad glass, a shrug. Jordan started The Sober Bartender to fix that. Here the non-alcoholic program is the headline, not the backup.
Kids, expecting guests, designated drivers, the sober and the sober-curious, and the open-bar crowd all hold the same beautiful drink. The drinkers and the non-drinkers both get something worth talking about. Nobody has to explain themselves.

Every drink we pour is born zero-proof and finished to order. The toast, the glass, the garnish, the photo: identical, with or without the spirit. Each signature has a twin, one of them spirited, and good luck telling which from across the room.

Tell us the date, the place, the headcount, and the vibe. Jordan reviews every inquiry personally.

Choose your three signature pours in your private portal, then we balance the bar around your crowd.
set the bar
We shop, batch, and arrive early to set up. You provide the bottles; we bring everything else.
serve the room
Shaken cold, poured to order, garnished, and photographed. Then we break it all down and clean up.
The host always provides the alcohol. We are fully insured and happy to send a certificate of insurance on request.
