Do you provide the alcohol?
No, the host always provides the spirits, which keeps you in control of cost and licensing. We bring the bartenders, mixers, sodas, dirty-soda ingredients, garnishes, tools, and the full setup.
What do you bring, and what do I provide?
We bring the full bar: licensed bartenders, all mixers and sodas, dirty-soda ingredients, fresh garnishes, tools, serving cups, setup, and complete breakdown. You provide the alcohol, spirits, and any beer or wine you'd like served. That is the only thing we do not supply.
What if my venue already has beer and wine?
Perfect, we build around it. You keep the beer and wine you have, and we run the cocktail, mocktail, and dirty-soda program right alongside it.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. A Certificate of Insurance naming your venue is available on request, which most venues will ask for.
Do you check IDs?
Always. Our bartenders serve responsibly, card guests, and follow your venue's alcohol policy. A bar for every guest also means a bar that keeps your event safe.
How far do you travel?
We serve greater Memphis within about 30 miles at no added travel. Beyond that we add a flat travel fee to cover the drive, just tell us the venue and we will fold it into your quote.

How do the deposit, balance, and cancellation work?
A 25% deposit ($150 minimum) reserves your date once you approve the quote, and the balance is due about seven days before the event. The deposit holds the date and is applied to your total; cancellations forfeit the deposit, and we will always try to help you reschedule when life happens.
